DILLION

Dillon is a loving husband, proud dad of three, and a passionate lacrosse player and fan. A lifelong multi-sport athlete, his dedication to sports and fitness inspired him to study health and exercise sciences in college, earning a degree in the field.

With a deep love for training young athletes and adults striving to improve their fitness and athleticism, Dillon specializes in athlete development and resistance training. His goal is to empower athletes and clients to reach their full potential—whether on the field, in the gym, or in everyday life.

When he’s not training others or playing lacrosse, you’ll find Dillon enjoying time with his family, cheering on his kids, or continuing to challenge himself in new fitness pursuits.

JORDAN

Jordan is a loving wife to Dillon and proud mom of three. Growing up, she was immersed in the world of competitive sports and spent countless hours at the gym alongside her mom. These experiences sparked her passion for fitness and led her to earn a degree in health and exercise science.

Jordan is deeply committed to helping women of all ages and life stages build strength, enhance their health, and feel confident in their own skin. She believes in the power of muscle-building not only for physical fitness but also for boosting self-esteem and overall well-being.

When she’s not training, Jordan loves spending time with her family, staying active, and inspiring others to embrace a strong, healthy lifestyle.
